Can I choose a specific serial number for my watch?
Yes - whenever possible, we’re happy to assign a specific serial number upon request.
Serial numbers are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability may vary depending on the model and current stock.

We’ll confirm availability and do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do you ship from, and how does it affect customs and taxes?
All orders are shipped from Poland (European Union).
For customers within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply - VAT is already included in the listed price.
Customers outside the EU (e.g., USA, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland) may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Why do prices differ depending on the country I select?
Prices may vary slightly depending on the currency displayed on the website.
This is influenced by:
- Exchange rate fluctuations - currency values change daily, and our system updates automatically.
- Rounding adjustments - small differences may appear to keep prices clear and consistent.
We currently support the following major currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, PLN, AUD, and CAD.
We cover the conversion and processing fees on our side, so the final amount you see remains as close as possible to the real exchange rate - without unexpected additional charges at checkout.

Does my order include VAT?
For EU customers, the listed price includes VAT - OSS (meaning your local tax value).
For customers outside the EU, VAT is not applied at checkout. However, local customs duties or taxes may be charged by your country upon import.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours).
Delivery time depends on your location - approximate shipping times can be found in the “Shipping & Delivery” section.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If tracking does not update, please contact us.
Can I return or exchange my watch?
Yes - we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

What if my watch is damaged or not working properly?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the watch is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at bart@nadirwatches.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
