Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours or even the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out the following Monday. We are using trusted courier services like UPS, DHL and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days (not including customs procedures that may be required - based on the recipient's location).

We ship from Poland (European Union).

Note to EU customers

All prices are shown including VAT. No extra fees (taxes/duties/customs) are required. 

Non-EU customers

Tax is included on EU orders only. VAT is not included in the price. Local customs fees and taxes may apply.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is made, clients will first receive an email specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, another email containing the tracking link will be sent, allowing the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in customs, clients will be notified directly by the courier.

Successful Delivery

If the package is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to technical errors on the client’s part (e.g. wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to our warehouse in Poland at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry.
