All Nadir watches include a two years international transferable warranty.

Nadir watches warrants that your watch will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If you discover a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace your watch without charge to you, subject to the following conditions:

1. The watch was purchased from our retail site

2. The damage or malfunction is the result, in our sole opinion, of a defect in material or workmanship and not the result of an accident or owner negligence.

3. The International Warranty Card included with your watch at the time of purchase is submitted with the watch when presented for a warranty claim.

4. Shipping costs incurred in the process of presenting the watch for a warranty claim (including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials) are the watch owner’s responsibility.

A few examples of issues that are not considered defects in material or workmanship include: Normal signs of wear such as scratches on the case, crystal, bezel or bracelet; discoloration or signs of wear on leather or nylon straps; water intrusion that results from a failure to secure the screw-down crown or caseback.
