A True 1 of 1 – The Champagne Prototype

Running a microbrand has its challenges, but also some uniquely rewarding moments. One of those moments came recently, when I had the chance to build something truly special: a 1 of 1 watch for a passionate Nadir enthusiast.

This piece is unlike anything else we’ve made. It started with a prototype dial — a warm silver, almost champagne tone — that never made it into production. Instead, it found new life in a custom build. To emphasise its one-of-a-kind nature, we paired it with a specially made case back engraved 01/01.

The watch was carefully assembled by our watchmaker and completed with a custom leather strap, stitched in warm grey to perfectly complement the dial. The end result is something that carries not only technical precision but also a story.

For me, as the founder, this is one of the joys of running a microbrand: limited runs, small resources, but the freedom to bring personal requests to life and create watches that carry meaning.
